How to Order Your Custom Ring

Creating your dream ring with Zaiwar Queen of Rings is simple, transparent, and personalized.

Step 1 – Free Consultation

Book a free in-person or virtual consultation to discuss your design ideas, budget, diamond options, metal choice, and timeline. We'll guide you through every detail to create a ring that's uniquely yours.

Step 2 – Place Your Order

To begin your custom ring, a 50% deposit is required. This allows us to source your diamond and begin creating your custom design.

Step 3 – CAD Design Approval

Our designers will create a detailed 3D CAD design of your ring. You'll receive images and a 360° view to review. We will make any necessary adjustments until you're completely satisfied.

Production begins only after your final CAD approval.

Step 4 – 3D Wax Printing & Handcrafting Your Ring

Once you approve your CAD design, we 3D print the exact CAD file into a high-precision wax model. This wax model becomes the mould used to cast your ring in solid gold.

Because the ring is created directly from the approved CAD design, your finished ring will look exactly like the CAD model you approved, giving you complete confidence in the final result.

After casting, your ring is meticulously handcrafted, assembled, stone set, polished, and quality inspected by our experienced master jewellers using premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship.

Production typically takes 5–6 weeks from the date of your final CAD approval.

Step 5 – Final Quality Inspection

Every ring undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it matches the approved CAD design and meets our high standards before delivery or pickup.

Step 6 – Delivery or Pickup

Secure Insured Shipping

Once your ring is complete, we'll schedule a video call to show you your finished ring in detail, along with the IGI Certificate (where applicable) and the Third-Party Appraisal Report.

After the remaining 50% balance is received, your ring will be shipped via fully insured overnight shipping in a luxury ring box.

Studio Pickup

If you're picking up your ring from our Richmond Hill studio, you'll have the opportunity to inspect your finished ring in person.

You'll receive:

• Luxury Ring Box

• IGI Certificate (where applicable)

• Third-Party Appraisal Report

The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of pickup.
