At Zaiwar Queen of Rings, every custom engagement ring is handcrafted with precision and backed by our commitment to quality. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a straightforward guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our Promise
- Handcrafted in real gold (10K, 14K, or 18K) with certified lab-grown or natural diamonds
- Every diamond includes IGI certification and third-party appraisal for transparency and insurance purposes
- 3D CAD approval before production so you see exactly how your ring will look
Our Guarantee
If your finished piece does not match the approved CAD design, diamond specifications, or gold purity, we will remake your ring at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
If you are not fully satisfied upon delivery, contact us within 7 days. We will work to resolve your concerns through adjustments, resizing, or remaking.
Exclusions
Since each piece is custom and handmade, refunds do not apply if you change your mind after CAD approval and production has begun. We will always work to accommodate changes where possible.
