Our Promise

Before production begins, you will review and approve your 3D CAD design, and a 360 design file giving you a clear understanding of how your ring will be created and look

Your ring is then handcrafted in your selected precious metal and according to the diamond specifications confirmed in your order. Your centre diamond is accompanied by IGI certification, where applicable, together with a professional third-party appraisal for added confidence, transparency and peace of mind
Every finished ring is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop and into your hand

Our relationship with you does not end when you receive your ring. We stand behind our craftsmanship and are here to help you care for your ring for years to come.

Your Zaiwar Care Includes:

• Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty – We stand behind the craftsmanship and structural integrity of your ring against manufacturing faults for life. For example if your band bend or breaks with normal usage we will repair it at no extra cost to you
• Accent Stone Care – If an accent stone becomes loose or is lost during normal wear, we will secure or replace it at no charge.
• Lifetime Ring Care – Complimentary professional inspections, cleaning and prong tightening to help keep your ring beautiful and secure.
• Complimentary Size Adjustment – One complimentary size adjustment, up to one full size larger or smaller.

If your ring ever needs our attention, you can bring it back to us with confidence. We will inspect it carefully and guide you on the best way to care for it.
