Your ring will be handcrafted in real gold (10K, 14K, or 18K) with certified lab-grown or natural diamonds as per your order.

Diamond comes with IGI certification and a professional third-party appraisal for full transparency and insurance purposes.

Our designs go through a 3D CAD approval stage so you know exactly how your ring will look before production.

If the finished piece does not match the agreed CAD design, diamond specifications, or gold purity stated in your order, we will either:

Remake your ring at no extra cost, or

Offer a full money-back refund.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied upon receiving your custom jewelry, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve your concerns  whether through adjustments, resizing, or remaking the piece because your happiness matters most.

⚠️ Exclusions:
Since each piece is handmade and customized, refunds do not apply if you simply change your mind after approving the CAD design and production has begun. However, we will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
